Complaints
AGPAL welcomes feedback, positive or negative as part of our continuous quality improvement process.
Complaints about the surveyor training program, onboarding process or eLearning will be accepted either verbally or in writing. Click here to lodge a complaint at any time.
To ensure all aspects of a complaint can be accurately investigated, it is preferred that all formal complaints are received in writing, either electronically or in hard copy. AGPAL will acknowledge within two business days of receipt of your complaint, and confirm with you AGPAL’s complaints management procedure.
